How many of you like "Doctor Who" and why?

Please comment why you like Doctor Who so much. Or if you just like it. Or if you've only just started liking it.

I started liking it since I was about eight or so. Because I used to HATE it so much!!! I was scared of it. I'm not now, though~!:)
